ADMISSIONS

Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission to the Episcopal Cathedral School, students must:

  • Take an entrance examination

  • Submit the following requirements:

    • Enrollment papers (completed/signed with payment)

    • 2" x 2" photograph

    • Social Security Number card

    • Birth certificate

    • P-VAC-3 Vaccination Form

    • Dental certificate (grades K, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10)

    • Eye examination certificate

    • Official transcript from the previous school (grades 1-11)

    • Recommendation letter (grades 9-12)

 

Kindergarten students may be required to submit an eye and physical examination certificate and/or participate in an English Immersion Summer School Program.

 

All requirements must be handed in at the time of enrollment. Acceptance is conditional on receiving an official transcript from the previous school and/or successful completion of any required summer studies.

 

Important Notes

  • Acceptance to the Episcopal Cathedral School applies only for the academic year in which the child is enrolled. The school does not guarantee continued acceptance or re-enrollment for future years.

  • As a private church-owned educational institution, the Episcopal Cathedral School has the right to determine the composition of its student body.

  • The Episcopal Cathedral School is not equipped to handle behavioral problems or students with special needs. All students must fully comply with the academic standards and conduct code established by the school.
